This fun wood craft is simple to create. They measure approx. 2.25" to 2.50" square. Find some old scrap fencing wood or something similar . The trick here is to quickly craft a rustic yet charming country accent. Instructions for making these country wood blocks: 1) Insert a wire hanger at the top of the block by poking 2 holes to put the wire in. In the hole, add a drop of white Elmer's glue to hold the wire. 2) Paint the wood blocks. Coat the background with desired color of acrylic paint. Let dry.
3) Copy the outline design(s) shown above, then transfer (with transfer paper) onto the newly painted background(s). 4) Once you have your outline image on the block you can now follow the color image of the blocks and paint with acrylic paints.
